Many of us have tried time and time again to get in shape at the gym doing the same three movements on the same three machines. The results matched our enthusiasm. At CrossFit FreeWorld you’re receiving a formula that has changed the lives of countless people across the globe. Your first week is free!
Stop in at any of our posted class times to start your free week. In each class, a certified instructor will guide you and the group through a warm-up, followed by a skill and technique teaching session, and finally the “WOD”, or workout of the day.
CrossFit for Kids.
With so many schools unable to provide fitness programs, it’s increasingly more important to get your kiddos active. CrossFit Kids is the perfect program to safely teach our kids about fitness, get them moving, and most importantly, to have fun. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We now know that exercise is important for cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on kids’ academic achievement and social development. CrossFit Kids can accommodate children from the ages of 5-18.
